1. Introductory provisions

1.1. These terms and conditions (the "Terms") define the rules of cooperation between Pied Piper solutions s.r.o., Reg. No.: 17795494, with its registered office at Thámova 221/7, 186 00 Prague 8-Karlín, registered in the Commercial Register kept by the Municipal Court in Prague (the "Provider") and users of the Bezvabot.cz service (the "User").

1.2. The Bezvabot.cz service is available at https://bezvabot.cz.

1.3. These Terms form part of the contract between the Provider and the User.

1.4. The Terms may be updated from time to time. The current version is always available on our website.

2. Basic terms

2.1. Service – the Bezvabot.cz platform enabling the creation of an AI chatbot for communicating with visitors to your website.

2.2. AI chatbot – an intelligent assistant that automatically answers visitors' questions.

2.3. User account – your personal access to the service.

2.4. Training content – materials you provide us with to set up the chatbot.

3. About the service

3.1. Bezvabot.cz helps you automate customer communication using an AI chatbot trained on your content.

3.2. We provide the service in its currently available form. We are constantly working on improving it, so features may change.

3.3. Due to the nature of AI technology, we cannot guarantee that all chatbot answers will always be 100% accurate. We recommend regularly checking the quality of answers.

4. Registration and account

4.1. Registration is required to use the service.

4.2. Please provide truthful information during registration and update it in case of changes.

4.3. Protect your login credentials. You are responsible for activities on your account.

4.4. We reserve the right to deactivate an account if necessary.

5. Formation of the contractual relationship

5.1. By submitting your registration, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms.

5.2. We reserve the right not to accept a registration.

5.3. The contractual relationship lasts for the duration of the use of the service.

6. Prices and payments

6.1. Current prices can be found in our price list on the website or in an individual offer.

6.2. Prices may change. We will inform you of any changes.

6.3. Payments are made in advance. Non-payment may result in suspension of the service.

6.4. Amounts paid for services already provided are non-refundable.

7. Rules of use

7.1. We expect you to use the service in accordance with good morals and legal regulations. In particular, please:

• Provide truthful information
• Do not distribute inappropriate or illegal content
• Protect your login credentials
• Pay on time
• Respect copyright
• Inform website visitors that they are communicating with a chatbot
• Comply with personal data protection rules toward your customers

8. Our options

8.1. In order to operate and improve the service, we need to be able to:

• Perform maintenance and updates
• Modify service features
• Restrict account access in necessary cases
• Update these Terms
• Use anonymized data to improve the service

9. Intellectual property

9.1. The technology and design of the Bezvabot.cz service are our property.

9.2. You receive a license to use the service for the duration of the contractual relationship.

9.3. We may use the content you provide us to operate and improve the service.

10. Personal data protection

10.1. We handle your personal data in accordance with applicable regulations.

10.2. If you collect data from visitors to your website through the chatbot, you are responsible for GDPR compliance toward them.

11. Limitation of liability

11.1. Although we strive to provide the highest-quality service, we cannot be held liable for:

• AI-generated content – chatbot answers may contain inaccuracies
• Possible service outages – technology is never 100% reliable
• Data loss or lost profit – we recommend backing up important data
• Problems caused by third parties

12. Termination of cooperation

12.1. The contractual relationship may be terminated by either party.

12.2. After termination:

• Your account and chatbot will be deactivated
• Data will be deleted after a reasonable period

13. Unforeseeable circumstances

13.1. We cannot be held liable for situations beyond our control (infrastructure outages, natural disasters, etc.).

14. Dispute resolution

14.1. These Terms are governed by Czech law.

14.2. In case of disagreement, we will try to find a solution by agreement. If that is not possible, the competent Czech court will decide.

15. Final provisions

15.1. If any part of these Terms is invalid, the remaining parts remain in effect.

15.2. We may update the Terms. By using the service after an update, you agree to the new wording.
